New research on labor shortages from Steven Deller and Mckenzie Boyce was featured in WPR. In the article, Deller is quoted noting that many Wisconsin business are struggling with finding employees. Boyce acknowledges, “Even if you could fill all current jobs, where are you going to get your next worker from? (That) is where things like child care, migration and education and training come into play.”
